As I talked with the children, looked into their eyes, and walked the grounds of the NPH Orphanage in the Dominican Republic, I saw young kids who had experienced tragedy and faced tough odds.
But I saw something else: I saw hope for their futures.
I came away from NPH Orphanage determined to do my part to help these children live their very best lives.
So, Renaissance Evolution is now partnering with the NPH Orphanage and the Italian Embassy to help these precious children achieve their dreams. To give them the skills and outlook required for success in today’s world.
Thanks to the NPH Orphanage, these children receive excellent reading, writing, math, and science education.
They are also safe and well cared for every day in a loving but disciplined environment.
But these children need culturally solid skills to succeed in an ever more competitive and culturally integrated world.
They need strong language skills and exposure to the broader world where they will compete and live.
Renaissance Evolution is committed to teaching the children at NPH Orphanage these cultural and language skills. We are adapting our existing programs to fit middle and high school students, providing them with the skill set to work across cultures and languages with people from Europe, the United States, and Asia.
Already, our team is working hard on curriculum and educational opportunities for the children at NPH Orphanage, and together with the Italian Embassy, we are working on starting an Italian language program for this school year.
Since 1954, when Father Wasson founded NPH Orphanage to take in children across the Dominican Republic who had lost or had no parents, the orphanage has made a crucial difference for thousands of children.
However, as I visited the orphanage and talked with these dedicated staffers at NPH, I saw a crucial need. These children need cultural skills to present themselves to employers, broader language skills, exposure to the broader world, and entrepreneurship.
In partnerships with NPH Orphanage and the Italian Embassy, that’s precisely what Renaissance Evolution will provide for these precious middle and high school children.
Will you partner us on this life-changing project?
Your gift can be corporate or personal. It is tax-deductible to our Foundation.
On my last visit to the NPH Orphanage, I told Kieran Rigney, National Director, Isidro Trinidad, and Kiki, who heads up their programs, that the children can count on Renaissance Evolution to do our part.
I’m going to keep this commitment.
I’m asking you to join me in this life-changing effort.
Sincerely,
Doctor Roberto Masiero
